I’ve been severely neglecting LinkedIn because I’ve been working full time at one agency for a while. I’m looking at branching out, but can anyone give me tips on how to connect with creatives and CDs that I haven’t met before? Is some form of “hi, I’m ABC, I loved your work on brand XYZ and was hoping to get your thoughts on my book. If you like my work, I’d love to fill X role at your agency” the right sort of message to send along with a connection request? Am I missing something huge?

Got offered 83k to start as an analyst for Deloitte’s controllership advisory position. Coming from one year. Of audit experience from pwc. Should I accept this pay from Deloitte? I hear A1’s in pwc advisory make 84k and A2’s make 95k. I feel used and undersold.

I was able to secure an interview at Microsoft for the Customer Solutions Architecture position. Want to find out from everyone what kind of questions I should be expecting in this interview and what the hiring process is going to be like.
