Anyone with start-up experience want to advise me. I left a very large organization because I wanted to own a product or group of products end-to-end and have more of an impact. I have worked at two. The first one was toxic, the next was a bust. I saw the red flags, I tried to help. Is the start-up world worth it, what should I look out for, what should I check before jumping back in?

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics?
