Anyone work at Credit Agricole particularly in NYC? Hybrid/ or mandatory 5 days? How was bonuses?

I am in a design/production role at a mid-sized agency. We currently only have one person on the digital team doing UX. I recently presented my manager with a proposal for a new position, UI Designer, that I want to move into.
I would love some advice on how to negotiate salary on a new position that doesn't current exist. How do you respond to an offer? What if they say it's a lateral move and don't offer me any additional compensation?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

Payroll/HRIS locked out. PEO service says no pending termination is on my file. Went to the office today to get my things just in case. Located in CA. Was about to report numerous violations too. Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value. For instance I was a big fan of Montblanc but after I see their smart watch line up I instantly devalued the brand in general. Same for Tag (tag is questionable anyways), or Breitling.
