I work for ERC department and assist north america employees..it's been like 17months now and within ERC i have also done Ticketing and HR cases...
I am not sure how many of you know what ERC is ..

I am tired of doing this now and want to try for IJP or atleast some other company..

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. I'm looking to know what remote jobs are out there for nurses/ names of companies? I used to work in the OR and I'm also considering going back and just working 4-10s.

I'm an outpatient nurse currently but I don't get lunch breaks, and the work load keeps increasing with no mention of another nurse to help us.

Is there any room to negotiate pay rates with state hospitals that have set rates based on level of experience? Also what are the pros and cons of working for state teaching hospitals?

I'm considering applying for all the Contact Tracing jobs I keep seeing. Any clue what the pay is?

Comforting others:
When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? Should I start saying this for the purposes of providing comfort only??

Can anyone tell me about infusion nursing? How did you get into it? (I see a lot of job postings but they all want experience.) Also I got my RN early in the pandemic, so I never got a preceptorship, and I’ve since worked mostly in immunizations. Took a phlebotomy/IV course for more practice, but… any advice?
