Anyone writing CISA in June 2016? Please suggest tips and tricks to pass the exam.

How do you balance work and self care/fun/hobbies?

I work full time and I’m in an online MBA program (part time). I find that I will go through periods where I am just nonstop. Working, homework, family obligations, home projects etc with zero relaxation time. Then I get burnt out and will take multiple days where I do absolutely nothing. Its like there is no in between because if I’m working, I’m not going to stop. If I’m relaxing, I’m not going to do work. How do you find balance?

I was offered X$ as a salary for a supervisor role. I asked for 10k more as a counter and received a greater breakdown of the correct pay being offered. With bonuses and shift diff it comes to maybe 5k more. That is only if the bonuses and overtime bonuses kick in. Do I still go with my original counter? This is very confusing for me.

Recruiter gave me a range of 80-110k for a role I was interviewing for. I’m looking for 105 base minimum but obviously the higher the better. I said I’m looking for that upper limit of the range just given my experience and yoe. Should have I said I’m looking for 110-120? Anything I can do now/after process ends?
