Has anyone had good matches/success when using a Recruiting Agency? I’m debating if I should use one on my current job hunt got myself.

In the past, when I was used a couple of a agencies for our hiring, it was a pretty rough experience. Mostly there was a big disconnect between what we told the recruiters we were looking for (in writing, in person & over the phone) & what the job was, and what the recruiters told the candidates. It was really frustrating on both ends.

Currently from mainland Europe. Offer from capco at senior, also offer from big 4 as a manager. Both within data n analytics - and in London. I’m interested in strategy (want to branch out into digital strategy in the future) based work and haven’t heard the best things about capco. Can u guys pls give some opinions. Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.
