Applying for Canadian PR and unsure as to what NOC code would best describe a management consultant. Anybody here with some past experience on this issue ? I have mainly done cost transformation work

01/2020: I485 received 03/2020: Biometrics done 03/2020: EAD card received 06/2020: RFE completed (Medical tests) 08/2020: New card is being produced. Confused as to the new card status on 8/2020? Is this different from the EAD? Also, curious if interview would be cancelled due to Covid? Appreciate the help!
