I need help with my interviewing skills
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

This is my story. Think and act

I just hit $200k NW and it’s been 7 months since I made my post (link below) about hitting $100k NW in Dec ‘21.
I’m just mind-blown since it took me 2.5 years to get the first $100k and it’s snowballed from there. I’ve gone from $82.5k TC to $238k TC plus a $20k appreciation on a house I bought at the beginning of the year
Can’t really talk about finances with friends/family so this is the only place I can share milestones like this haha…we’ll see if I can hit $300k by EOY

Might it have to do with your language and communication skills? You had the time to compose this post without stress or time constraint, yet it is poorly structured and nearly unintelligible. I can only imagine what your ability to articulate yourself degrades to under the pressure of an interview. If your technical skills are up to snuff and you’re able to pass coding and system design interviews, you have to be able to show you’re able to master difficult concepts, manage your time and projects and interact with others. English doesn’t have to be your first language by means, but you have to be able to articulate your thoughts, frame your experiences to present them as valuable to the interviewer and—most importantly—finish a thought you started. The end of your post sounds like you were kidnapped mid-sentence. Focus on improving your communication skills and I imagine you’ll see your fortunes improve.
Does that mean that you've been able to get interviews but aren't making it past a certain stage?? That was my experience all year and I just realized I wasn't telling my story effectively and I didn't have the right answers when people asked about my gaps. I think if you're getting interviews but not getting very far in the process you might need to work on how you're telling your story and convincing people that you're the right person for the job
I’m a data analyst applying internally to roles I have close to 100% matched qualifications and I’ve been getting denied for every role. It’s a very competitive market right now so don’t get discouraged. Be persistent!
I’ve had this with my Network System Administrator applications. Over 100+ apps in and only one actual interview.
OP the job market is so bad right now. I have several friends who have been applying for months and haven't been able to find anything. Keep applying, something will come your way.
