Are layoffs currently happening in Altimetrik? Has anyone from your team been fired? Were they offered any severance package?

The severance package at Meta for laid off employees almost makes it nice to be laid off depending on what your personal situation is….. personally wouldn’t mind getting 4+ months of full pay to reset and think about what’s next 😬

I was laid off back in August and I have been trying to get a product/UX/UI job ever since then. With the recession and all of the crazy things that are happening right now it has been even harder.

Hi, I am interviewing netcracker. EOY 10 years in UI development. HR is saying I will have to again give managerial technical round even though I had completed 2 tech round followed by HR round. Can anyone spread light in below areas
1. How's the WLB ?

I was not yet in the job market last recession but I watched my mom get laid off and struggle to find employment during that time for the next 1.5 years. Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
