I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .
Thanks

I don’t know if your ever required but not sure why you wouldn’t give 2 weeks even in an internal role....
@a1 there are many reasons why people don't give two weeksb
OP your post made it sound like you weren’t giving notice bc it is an internal role - I’m not sure how that matters.
It is the professional, grown up thing to do
Give two weeks....
I actually can’t think of any reason why you wouldn’t give two weeks notice. It’s standard practice and common courtesy. Even if you’re going to a competitor and they ask you to leave immediately they will still pay you for the full two weeks. Otherwise it’s literally a button you click in ToD and no one is going to force you out early. I guess if you just got a job and it’s somehow starting in less than two weeks there would be an issue but you could still put in two weeks, start job, and then come back on your last day to turn your computer in.
There’s no contract internally. Heck there’s no binding contract in Consulting past your initial bonus.
Contracts between internal and consulting roles vary in language
@director can you elaborate?
Pretty sure you get paid all accumulated PTO whenever you leave, regardless of if you give notice or not. It’s an earned benefit that has to be paid out.
Yeah, to D2’s point, if you’re an outlier and had to sign a different contract, you should have a copy. But I highly doubt this.
