We re-negotiate at 6 Sept (30% hike). Now they will release offer letter or not ?

Hi helpful Fishies, I’m looking to pivot to a tech sales role after 3 years in consumer goods as an account manager and would love to get your advise on the following:

1) what are some roles that I could apply for, 2) expected salary package, 3) any hard certifications required

Case 1: complaining about a date insisting on picking up the check as it makes them feel less independent.
Case 2: agreeing on 50/50, then being upset about why the date never picks up the check or treats them after 3 months of dating

In both cases, posted 5 days apart, they were advised to find someone else as it seems their date doesn’t respect their values (case 1) or value them enough to spend money on them (case 2).
