As a follow up from my last post, how long do you usually end up staying at a new job before you start applying for something new? What is the fastest you have moved jobs and why? The fastest I did was 8 months because I anticipated mass layoffs in the company I was working for then.

Will online Interview will be there in future or it will go offline... Since Offices are opening now.

I am a VP with compensation of ₹48Lpa in India. Have an offer of €65K in Germany. The German offer is at a lower position and lower compensation as I do not know German (as yet) and senior roles would require client interaction (German clients).

I see it as an opportunity to get my foot into Germany on a EU Blue Card and then look for something better once there.

I am in a non-IT role.

I want to be more thoughtful on my next move and although interviewing right away would be logical I feel I want to take a break and some time for myself.
