As a recruiter in-house, do you want to see data and numbers that "quantify the success of the work" on creative resumes? I see some sample resumes with some percentages, and I feel like they look so random; we don't get that info most of the time. Should we also quantify, for example, the percentage of time saved for the team because of a project we did? how do we find those numbers?

It was great until the candidate wants to renegotiate the base and benefits after the current company counter-offered when the candidate no longer sees the future.
