As a tech recruiter, have you ever suggested a candidate whose unkempt look (messy hair, wrinkled clothes, or overall neglected appearance) made you hesitate, even if their skills were a fit? I know many people who are not about looks, but are great engineers.

What salary should I except

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?
