People usually leave to get the title and pay they feel they’ve earned. And I’m thinking of doing the same

If you were promoted from within and felt satisfied with the outcome including title, compensation, and growth, what made it happen for you?

Need help, I have relevant experience and good reputation among team. I want promotion in this cycle to manager level but the thing is the seniors I have, managers and senior managers are with PwC SDC for long time, so they are not ready to promote me with 4.5 years of experience. Can you please guide me on how can make it work?

1. In yearly appraisals do they increase base pay or just give RSUs ?
2.how much % is the variable pay ? In offer letter they didn't mention anything about it.
3.. Is gratuity and insurance included in base pay ?

While telling the company (with x offer) that i have got offer from another company, do i have to show the whole offer letter to negotiate? Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.
