As Tech continues to be replaced by AI, considering the recent layoffs how would you approach the following question if asked in an interview?

"How do you feel about Al potentially replacing human interviewers in the future?"

I would be open to it doing initial screeners, but I value the creativity of the human brain and would like to speak to someone during a hiring process. I’d like to meet the people I’ll be working with.

Bain is hiring for EA and MA roles in The US. If you’re serious about applying please reach out I’m happy to refer qualified candidates.

manager assistants are 100 percent remote while executive assistant roles are expected to be mapped to a local office. MAs support six senior managers or associate partners while EAs support 3 partners. MAs should have 1-3 years experience to apply and EAs should have 3-5 or more.

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Should I follow up with the hiring recruiter for the company I want an offer from? Or just move on if I haven't heard back by end of this week?

I have 23.5 in hand so I asked for 26 which she said out of budget. Then I asked 23.5 fixed atleast. Contd… in comments

I’ve applied to 3 program manager roles with google and even though I feel I’m over qualified, I’m not getting any interviews or even a screening call from a recruiter. I got NTD for 2/3 already.

If there is anyone willing to take a look at my resume and give me feedback on gaps they see in my experience that would be leading to this i’d appreciate it! If in fact I’m not the right fit now I would really appreciate knowing what to work on to make myself a stronger candidate in the future!
