There’s not a single Change Management practice at Huron. Rather, the company is organized more or less by industry (Education, Healthcare, or everything else aka ES&A) - each practice has its own culture and experience. Dyk for which practice your friend is interviewing?
In EDU: change management is a big part of the technology work and also the strategy/operations work. Growth stalled during COVID but the pipeline is very active now. Promo varies based on experience, but assume 2yrs analyst, 3yrs associate/manager, 4yrs director - high performers tend to have tons of opportunity.
FWIW, I’ve been at Huron 7 years and have loved it here - no plans to leave. The culture is collaborative and really gives you opportunities to grow if you perform well. Happy to chat more if your friend is interested in EDU/if you have questions!
