Hi Fishes, I am working as an IC in QA role with more than 15 years of experience, not getting good hikes and currently having 27.20 lakh INR, which I think its too low as per my experience range. Can some one suggest in QA role, if still chances are high to get good salary hike? Whats the best I can do and if anyone is aware of any suitable openings?

With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. What roles/levels would I be a good candidate for at FAANG/Microsoft/other Big Tech?
