Asking for some help with a job offer. I currently work for Wells Fargo as a Premier Banker (Just under 9 years with WF total), currently making base pay of 85k annually. I'm moving to a different city with a population of about 120k people. I have a Series 7, Series 66, Life Producer Licenses and a Notary Public of the state. I applied for position with JP Morgan Chase as a Private Client Banker and was accepted and now discussing pay. What BASE pay could I reasonably negotiate?

I just accepted the PCB role in the DFW area, I’m taking a pretty big cut in terms of salary but with the commissions you most likely (at regular performing levels) should be expecting over 6 figures. JP also gives you a monthly stipend of 1500 pre tax to help fill the gap while you train, etc. I currently make 85k as well at CS. I asked for 70 and they came back with a firm 55k base. They told me that corporate does the hiring and they try to keep it all fair so I’m not sure what to take from that; they told me now PCB in the area makes more than 55k but that might be different for you.

I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. Not able to decide whether to join that 40CTC or need to withdraw my resignation. The problem with current offer is job in another location with 3mnts wfh option.
Please pour your suggestions!!!

I’ve been a creative strategist, account manager (both agency) and an ad sales operations manager (television/digital media) and I’m tired of bouncing around. I’m trying to narrow down paths that I can take now, but am at a loss. There are so many ways I could go. Because of my last two roles I have a great interest in creative operations type positions, but I’m not quite sure how actually land the job. Any thoughts?

I know everyone will have different answers for this but how did you know it was time to get sober? I think it might be time for me to find a new job and pursue sobriety, but I don't feel like I'm a rock bottom which is the only time I've ever seen people really commit to it (my father). Apathy isn't the right word but I just kind of feel numb about everything and I think being sober would maybe help.
