At 11.5 yrs CTS was paying me 14.5. I got 1 promotion in my 6.5 years in CTS.I Found a job & informed my lead.
He promised raise bla bla.
I trusted him. 5 months passed. Nothing happened. I started searching job. Got few.
HCL offered me 21
KGS 23.5
IBM 27
Deloitte USI 23.5
After I resigned managers were
ready to send me onshore,
give me promotion,
increase my salary.
I know I am still earning very less but I am happy that I got one escape-pass.

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay.
