At what comp band did you consider yourself a high earner? I think it gets distorted working in tech with people casually making $500k+, I’ve been able to almost triple my salary in my career but don’t consider myself high earning yet.

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me.
