In those areas you only get nice OR affordable. Not both.
Two-three years ago you could get a nice high rise that price in midtown or buckhead. I think now you’ll be looking at more like 1800+ forc studios. Check on Craigslist and Zillow thigh, I’m sure you can find some good spots
Virginia highlands...it is more affordable and is pretty much as close to the park and belt line as midtown is in some areas.
1200 and nice not possible in Buckhead or Midtown
P1 where do you live? I’m in anthem which is a true 1br and upper 16s for a studio seems high...
Go back under your troll bridge, EY1.
OP, people are giving you answers, the answer just isn’t what you want to hear. $1200 isn’t possible except in maybe one or two buildings. Look at solace on peachtree - awful building without in unit laundry but closer to your price point.
Either live there or move out of the city to the suburbs.
Ey1 guess we are all good where we are 👍☺️✌️now no more shade ..
Agreed. Also depends on the age range. How old are you? Some buildings are more geared towards right out of college. Tend to me more affordable but noisier
24. I currently live in a high rise in midtown. 1 BR, $1750. Looking for something cheaper since I’m never home
Agree with other comments. Atlanta rent is on the rise. One bedroom rent in upscale buckhead building is at least 1800. Don’t know about midtown
Try a studio ...
ATL so suburban who cares where you live
Just stay where you are ball out baby
If you’re never home, perhaps something in the southern suburbs nearer the airport would be cheaper? Unless you really want to stay put for the weekend scene.
EY 1 not true
Lol aight people. Well then where do you live? I’m hearing a lot of talk and no suggestions. Now I’m just curious where any Atlanta people live 🤦♀️🤷♀️
Upper 1600 hundreds studio old fourth ward. Good location but subpar building. Dirty hallways college style building.
Well many of us live in Midtown or Buckhead, OP. We’re just not paying 1200/month for rent 😉
I’m in the process of moving out of ATL. Could have let you take my Skyhouse South lease in midtown!
I locked in a great rate a few years ago
