Hi folks, how is thoughtworks as an organisation?
Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

BCGers can you please head back to our bowl? These posts are inappropriate.
I suspect that BCG4 is a partner at your firm 😂

For further backstory, we were told since mid-year to expect a “strong bonus pool,” and it’s starting to come out that this was almost a bald-faced lie.
Given no one has actually received a bonus letter yet, how exactly did you come to this conclusion?
BCG has become a profit hungry company where partners care neither for the clients nor for employees. I have seen them sell cases which even they believed adds no client value but adds to bonus pool. The firm has stopped investing in mentoring and developing ppl.
My statements above were absolute not relative. I haven’t worked at either of those firms so will refrain from commenting. I feel qualified enough to comment on BCG and comparing it to the firm it was in past
At Bain, you have two bonus types: individual performance and a profit share. Performance doesn’t depend on business and is super standardized. The profit share (called NAP in North America) is an added bonus, and this one does get bigger in years like this year.
We are 100% getting a firm multiplier this year
Of 9-10%…
Very big. NAP that B1 describes above was the biggest I can remember. In EMEA where they have a multiplier (similar to your model) they are also looking at a record high
FWIW, "Starting to come out" = rumors spreading on fishbowl, with nothing actually communicated

I’m three years in, but by all means grace us with your high and mighty understanding that differs from all the communications this past week 🙄
Would be in line with market talk of BCG not having the best time of it in the last year (at least in comparison to previous years / expectations)
Your “market talk” is simply wrong. We’re swamped with work — in 9 years I’ve never seen us so busy and simply exhausted. Everyone is way above billability expectations and managers are pleading with people to staff for already sold work
