I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). My late grandmother’s house was willed that it be sold and 1/2 would go to my dad and 1/2 split between my aunts. My aunt is executrix. Partner says it’s “just a DSUE election, decedent was ill for years, no assets.” Provides no records. Not even an admission the decedent owned a toothbrush. So I looked up the decedent’s home - it’s a joint asset. Partner was “surprised”, and still insists “no other assets”. I found file references to art and antiques.
