Very easy weeknight meal that i started doing in college as a lunch. Like bang bang shrimp but the only part i liked about those tacos was the bang bang sauce lol so i do chicken instead.

• cook chicken tenders in air fryer (or oven i guess) for time on package
• while that's cooking make your sauce, there are recipes with measurement online but i do it to taste so it isn't exactly like the restaurants taste. Put in mayo, Sriracha, and Thai sweet chili sauce. I also add honey sometimes. Mix
• get your fixings ready aka shred your lettuce, cut your onions and tomatoes, etc
• once chicken is done, heat your tortillas up while you put it on a cutting board, get your big knife and just chop chop chop to small pieces
• put pieces into the bowl you mixed the sauce in, mix it all around
• fix your tacos

Question about remote job negotiations

I'm currently interviewing for a remote role for a company based in NY.

The thing is I'm based in a different city (southern U.S.)

My question is:

When it comes time to talk compensation, should I base the market rate for the role on my city of residence or NY?

Would it make sense to ask them directly how they determine comp for NY-bases vs. other city-based employees?

Anyone have experience with this?
