Delta has better in flight service and roughly the same flight cost as United (give or take) but United Mileage Plus and Sky Alliance heavily outweighs Delta Skymiles and Sky Team - in both elite perks, miles redemption, and global airline network.
10000% What good are all the benefits if you don’t max it out on your personal benefits? Sky Miles is crap redemption and Sky Team alliance is a fraction of Star Alliance - would you really forgo that for all all that for marginally better in-flight domestic experience? I choose not.
Depends on client city you travel to, but delta is the better airline of the two overall
Deltaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Delta. No question.
Actually need more info. If west side of Manhattan, recommend united as Newark will be easier to get to. Likewise for east side of Manhattan and delta from LaGuardia / JFK.
Both have good mileage deals these days and have great reach from their respective nyc area hubs.
It’s also easier to earn united miles IMO as chase has more lucrative earning cards than Amex. Plus other cards like Bilt are enabling united transfers too.
Delta always.
Thanks y’all! Delta it is!
Newark is the worst airport for just about everything. Avoid it if you can! The new LGA is awesome especially if you can get into the Centurion Lounge.
