Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!
From where do the EY HRs procure the resumes?

I wouldn't read too much into it. Lateral interview dates are more spread out then campus ones. They may just be waiting for another final round day or two to conclude.
Heard back same day but I was a campus recruit. Experienced hire response times may be more varied
Experienced hire. Took me just over a week hear back, and that was after I told them I had to make a decision on another offer. Took a couple more days to get the official offer.
Took a week for mine. I wouldn't say a delay means a no.
More than a week
With most interviews, a delay is a good thing. If they didn’t like you, it’s takes 30 seconds to send the form rejection email. If they do like you, it might take some time to get formal approval, prepare an offer, etc. kind of odd though, as consultancies are known for prompt decisions wrt hiring.
Okay, thanks! Definitely assume the process is at least a little different as an experienced hire, so it’s helpful to get some extra info
It's not good - they are on fence
Would you mind sharing how you got an interview OP?
I have a few friends who work there and one referred me
