Yes you could work across the areas but would be aligned to one or the other. The P&L is at the Human Capital level.
Hi. I’m in ARA, hired in last year at the Consultant level. I’d shoot for 95-105k assuming you have the right amount of experience to come in at the C level. If you have actuarial credentials (ASA) you may be able to shoot higher. Good luck!
OP- work driven mostly by your network, which at first will be the people who hired you. No stopping you from branching out to OT&T if that’s what you want to to as well!
