Best answer when interviewing company asks when bonuses are being paid out? And can you fluff the percentage up a little?

Purpose is to determine when you're likely to move. People typically wait until the bonus, which they earned in the prior period, showers down the riches. Hiring firms know this, and plan it into your potential offer start date. Of course if they need you before then they will tell you that and you will need to decide between new firm and impending bonus.

Or you could suggest they match it with your signing bonus

If you're full of fluff, fluff away.

Specifically though - what's the point of the when is your bonus paid question and what's the best answer?

Got it- thanks

Where you running off to OP?

Has anyone here ever worked for total quality logistics? It seems like a pretty cool workplace with the whole work hard play hard mindset in sales/ recruiting! I submitted an application & chatted with a recruiting manager on LinkedIn

RIOT covered calls are one of the biggest cheat codes in the game. Even WAY WAY otm calls i can cash flow $20 a week and have a p much zero chance of getting assigned. Gonna sit back, sell my weeklys, and make like 30-50% returns per year
