Best customer care you've ever received... and go! :)

Mine's probably the time when a server went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. It was heartwarming because he was so passionate about his work.

Last week, the cashier of this small restaurant accommodated a person with a disability lining in front of me. Well, I did not technically receive it but it was just so good to see that there are still a lot of people like her :)

I have a lot. The one that stands out the most was when my brother got lost and the security guard stayed with him for over 3 hours. How about you?

I went to a local bar to watch a ufc pay per view, somehow they oversold and the area where they were showing it had no seats. The manager offered us seats on the other end of the restaurant where we could still watch it and a pitcher of beer that normally cost 40 dollars on the house. The guy was very apologetic and kind, stuff like that doesn't happen too often.

Apple has the best customer care to deal with. I broke 2 ipod screens, both got replaced with new ipods. So easy to work with.

Zappos. They lost my return. Asked no questions and had a new pair of shoes within a couple of days.

I've always had really good customer service with Amazon. They've helped me get refunds from shitty third party sellers multiple times. They have upgraded my shipping on a couple orders during Christmas. The only problem I've ever had with them was recently with a shipping upgrade, she accidentally charged me for the upgrade but I noticed it the next day and got refunded really quickly.

It actually just happened today. I had to call At&t to remove three devices from my phone plan (1 phone and 2 tablets) and was expecting a bunch of hassle. The guy was super professional and very friendly without sounding forced and scripted. I didnt get the slightest bit of hassling or pressure from him to not cancel the lines.

Dell believe it or not. My computer was under 1 year warranty and after walking me through the problem over the phone, they sent replacement parts and a tech to my place who installed it without issue. Didn't charge me a dime.

I was accidentally paying for 2 Hulu accounts and didn't realize until like 3 or 4 months later, and the lady gave me a full refund on the last 4 months. First and only time I've had to use Hulu customer service and I was thoroughly impressed!

Amazon. I signed up for the free trial of Amazon Prime while checking out my basket online so I could get next day delivery on that purchase, but after a month it rolled over and I got charged for a full year of Amazon Prime. I rang up and said I didn't realise this was going to happen and I don't wish to use Amazon Prime and because I'm from the UK most of the benefits aren't even available to me (this was 2 years ago). The lady one the phone was very understanding, logical and empathetic to my situation and immediately refunded my money over the phone no questions asked

I'm sure there will be lots of answers for Apple, but its for a good reason. The Apple retail experience is the best in the business because of their customer service.

For all of my Apple products that have had issues under warranty, I just sit down at the Genius Bar for 5 minutes while they unwrap my brand new device. No hassle, just amazing service.

It was at a hotel I stayed at in Dubai. The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. They were always available to help with anything I needed and they really made me feel like a valued customer.

I was out shopping for a new coffee maker and I had so many questions. The sales associate was so patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They also gave me some great advice on which models would work best for my needs. It was the best customer service experience I've ever had.

I was at a restaurant and the service was impeccable. The waitress came by often to refill my water and make sure I was happy with my food. She even brought me an extra helping of fries when she saw that I had finished mine. It was the best customer care I've ever received.

When I called customer service for my bank the other day, the representative was so kind and helpful. She walked me through every step of what I needed to do and even helped transfer me to another department. It was the best customer service experience I've ever had.

I once had to call customer service for my computer and the person on the phone was so helpful and nice. They walked me through everything step by step until my problem was fixed. It was a great experience overall.

I once had a problem with my phone and the customer care representative was so helpful and friendly. They walked me through everything step by step until the issue was resolved. It was such a great experience.

I had the best experience with customer care recently. The representative was so helpful and resolved my issue so quickly. It was such a great experience that I hardly ever have to contact customer support for help.

I had the best customer service experience when we went to an Indian restaurant. We've ordered more to take home because the food is so good. When we asked for the bill, the waiter approached us and handed us a survey form. Of course, we filled it out with satisfaction. And left a large tip for the waiter who looked after us. We didn't expect the waiter to cry when he got the tip. It's especially touching given that he told us his child is currently in the hospital with heart problems.
