Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . If i convey to my ibm manager will they consider for 4months of WFH?Any documents may have to show?

Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game. A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break.
