Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

Based on rankings alone, prob would say Wake Forest or UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Exec programs, though to my knowledge they are relatively new programs in CLT. But also depends on what you might looking to do post-MBA, since Queens and UNC Belk’s programs might not be as competitive rankings-wise but are somewhat well established in CLT.
Yeah it really depends on what you want to do afterwards 😊 if you don’t plan on going to a very lucrative area like IB/PE/HF or consulting then UNC Charlotte is best price wise
There’s a new Kenan-Flagler program in Charlotte now so you don’t have to go to Chapel Hill
OOOH I did not know that. Thank you for sharing this!
University of South Carolina is the best Part Time MBA in Charlotte Bar None and meets in the BB&T Center. Wake is the competition, but as far cost I would pick USC everytime.
I went to state so I’m all for the unc slander
I got mine at Queens. They have some amazing professors but a lot of the staff are adjuncts and so your experience can vary significantly from your fellow students in the same class with a faculty professor. It's a private school so the fees are a lot higher than other options in the area. The classes are small, which worked for my learning style, but may not be appealing to everyone. Not sure that I can say it's the best value for money but it was a positive experience for me and I have only benefitted from having my MBA.
Graduated from Wake MBA in 21. Worked out for me, pivoted to consulting pretty easily.
Also, I have met IB leaders at USC. If you read the internet, you will think only UNC and Wake can get you into IB. Facts are I have met several directors and movers in Asset Mgmt, IB, and PE at USC. Now they are just really getting their feet wet in consulting, so unless you are in their IMBA program, the big 3 isn't likely, but they do ok at the big Big 4 level and a couple of my classmates went to EY and Deloitte. The supply chain connect is a great one also because they are ranked in accounting and supply chain.
You are going to have a very hard time competing for an MBA associate role in IB with any part time MBA, so that may not be the best option for them if that is what they are trying to do.
UNCC, UNC, Wake Forest, UNCP
IU has the number 1 online MBA program. The Kelley school is super credible too.

What is your intent with the MBA? Is it networking, new skills, career restart, etc? I’ve heard positives about Wake’s program (content) as well as UNCC (networking).
for networking/career change it would honestly be best to go to Fuqua full time if you can afford it
