Wow Marriott support is awful. Basically they put you on hold for 40mins then tell you there isn't much they can do and open a case for you, and you never hear back. Rinse and repeat...bonvoyed

I mainly use the Hyatt just for its perks when I stay there and transfer my chase points to Hyatt since that is the hotel I am loyal to.
