I am based out of VA, but I was legally a TN resident for majority of 2022 during a separation. I’m turning my primary residence into a rental. Q1, do I need to work with a TN accountant? Q2, if I leave the state would I need a VA expert to assist with the rental? Sorry if these are basic questions, I want to make sure I’m relying on the right experts for my multi-state situation. Base comp is a slight bump. 14 mos in FDD @ PwC who will make senior this CRT - love the role but want to see more of the transaction besides TBs and TB detail. Comp isn’t a huge bump but the IB seems to have a good culture. 20 people. I really am struggling. I worried about FDD golden handcuffs with limited exit ops. Please advise!!!
