I am BA/PO with 14+ years of experience in service company. I worked long tenure and my current company is my second company. So my CTC is only 18L. Now, I have a HR interview in a good product company and how much should I ask?
I know market is high but I see that it's basically only for high tech niche skills. So far, all the interviews I have attended saying their budget is max 25L. Is BA's paid more than this in any company?

I'm assuming based on the average salary reported across these portals for principal that those figures apply to the RE group as well. I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

Why the heck do Recruiters and Hiring managers do such a poor job keeping applicants informed to the status. I had my time wasted with an opportunity for a fortune 100 position for 3 1/2 months. Phone Screens, Zoom Interview with hiring manager, Face to face with hiring manager. (Then asked for professional references) , impromptu Zoom meet with other leader who was completely disengaged. Then boom... six weeks of silence vague texts from hiring manager they were still going thru the process..

My coworker brought a puppy to work, who bit my hand. I ended up losing my temper and yelling at them. Now everyone is mad at me for blowing up at work, even though this is something I shouldn't have had to deal with in the first place!

One of my senior got an offer of 76 LPA+. he has 12 yeo and was working in the amazon from the last 5 year. This package is what nagarro is offering.

I don't understand why? Why nagarro is paying this much to him... He is a data scientist, so do I.. we studied in the same college(NIT goa). He was my super senior but still only 2 year difference does it really matter. I have close to 10 yeo and i am earning only 19 LPA.

I joined Wipro dop as a PM but here I am not learning anything no tools nothing just taking updates providing updates and doing supervision work. Can I ask HR to move me to some other department as I engineering background I can't survive here.

A company has shared the letter of intent with me and told they'll send me the offer letter in 3 days. It's been a week and they haven't sent me the offer letter yet. Is it possible that companies may put us on hold even after sharing the letter of intent? Or is this normal?

Currently, I'm in a product based company since 2yrs and got only 15% hike till now(they said covid crisis).
I'm confused because i really have good recognition here.
