50 shades of black under my eyes..
How do i see my utilization?
Advice needed - boyfriend has almost 3.5 years of finance experience at a bank. Interviewed for PwC valuation senior associate and now recruiter says they want to hire him at “experienced associate” because he has no valuation experience. Is this too big of a step backwards in career? Should he push back and see if it gets him anywhere? If he does accept Associate, is it reasonable to ask for written, definitive timeline (1 year?) for promo to Senior upon meeting standards? Help!

Go into partners office and poop on their desk while never breaking eye contact.
Gotta whip him in the face with your junk after
Scorched earth. Just say f it and walk out mid job.
Have your offshore team write and send your resignation email on your behalf, while citing offshore teams as your reason for leaving
I like this one
Just do it in the conventional way. Give two weeks notice, don't say anything negative on the way out the door, leave any and all bridges unburned and intact. You never know who you will run into again.
I submitted resignation the day I left and dropped off laptop 2 hrs after submitting. I in N at will state so if they can fire me same day I should be able to leave same day
Have the mentality of burning as little bridges as possible. Not always possible but it’s a good mentality to have.
Curious to know how they sold you out. I have my own story, but would love to hear another story.
I had a huge bone to pick with my local office when I left another firm but I just politely said that this next opportunity was one I couldn’t pass up and smiled on my way out the door. Finished my two weeks as requested. (The advantage of this is that I don’t have any embarrassment lingering in my head at night, if I had lost my cool I’d think about that forever)
Stop showing up and see how long they continue to pay you.
The accounting world is very small. If you burn bridges, your next company/coworker/boss will hear about it! I know a few people who have burned bridges at my job and then can’t get their top choice of company because “someone they know used to work with them”. I also have a friend who quit to work for the IRS, and when they got let go we took them right back and my boss even offered to help them look for a job elsewhere if they truly did not want to come back to public. Even if you HATE IT, leave graciously because you never know!
Walk out . To show them you don’t need them . At least that’s what I did. I know own my own business with a lot of people who doubted me .
Depends if you need the reference - Scorched Earth or 2 weeks notice. I've done both.
