Better to go for position or company name in early part of career when switching out of consulting? (Ex: Product Manager at smaller company vs Strategy at well known startup). Looking to do product in the future

Georgia Tech Cybersecurity masters or the analytics masters? Currently in a cyber role at Deloitte. I was thinking it might be better to do the analytics master and get a CISSP. I feel like there is more value in the cissp than a MS cybersecurity

I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark). I'm having a lot of trouble pinning my manager down for my annual review to even discuss my performance, let alone the raise. Feeling the undervalued (and now underpaid):
