Better to have a top undergrad and ok MBA, or an ok undergrad and top MBA? (ok = state school, top = top 10/20)

What kind of scores do folks target for the AWA section of GMAT? My writing is way below average (like a 2/6 on a good day), so just wondering how much time I should spend on AWA compared to other sections

For those at a B4 that started out of undergrad, has anyone done a part time MBA at a target school to get bumped to the MBA pay scale? Is this worth it?

I am looking for a job change in IT Audit with 2.3 years of exp with Deloitte USI. Have done B.tech (2014 pass out) and MBA(2019 pass out)and have 2 years prior experience as a Software Engineer.

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. He dumped the food on the counter and then he started throwing them back behind the counter. We gave him a refund and then his demeanor completely changed. He was calmer and he told us to have a great day as he left us to clean up the mess he made.

Anyone experienced if salary is not approved by management, and then they interview you for other team.. i have given 6 interviews already and cleared them, then HR told me that my salary expectation is too high but they want me on board so asked for interview for different team.. is it common?? I want to join this company badly due to the domain I love..

Why do companies are firing and hiring at the same time ?
I have seen few IT product companies like Amazon firing people and I have also seen openings at their job portals.

So instead of firing so many talented people why they don't just move them to whatever open positions they have ?
I know they can't move everyone but they can do so for atleast some of the people they have decided to fire even after being good performers ...

Is it lack of efforts from their recruitment team side?
