As policy and politics are already in the comments here.

Think about this, 1 candidate HAS cancelled Billions worth of student debt, 1 candidate didn’t not has a plan/policy to even show there is a desire to.

Believe when it happens for you situation, absolutely. Knowing the distinction between having a chance (probability) to happen vs knowing there is no chance (no possibility) are worlds apart.

When it comes to mixing politics and policy about this topic - if anyone wants the chance, the vote is a no brainer.

Elaborate, perhaps there is something amiss.

Yeah, I'll certainly believe it when I see it. Politicians love to make promises, especially on an election year. I got so excited the last time they they promised $10,000 to student loan borrowers, and look what happened to that.

Last ditch effort to try to get those votes again. I really hope people realize they were fed nothing but lies these last 4 years & don't vote to re-elect this quack based on more lies.

I'm a first-generation minority who doesn't vote the way people think I should. I'll leave it at that. :)

smart

I saw this on Instagram earlier today and every comment was just bashing it. I'm with them honestly... like other comment says - I'll believe it when I see it.

Unless my loans are forgiven and I see the balance going down, my vote will go to whomever will run against Biden. Yes, even that moron Trump. I don’t care. I don’t like being lied to.

I really have given up hope on this actually happens. It just seems like there are so many that are against it and fighting so that it doesnt happen.

My fiancé and I (ages 30 and 31) are about to buy a house. We would put down 10% for a 835k purchase price. Our combined income is $265k. We both have around 7-10k left in emergency funds (each) and combined about 200k for retirement. Our mortgage is $4,500 a month and we split a car payment for $800. Is this an okay financial decision or should we have bought a cheaper house/saved more?

Do you pay your credit cards in full every month?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

Hi Everyone,
I have a query. Not sure if this is the right forum for it, but let me just ask it here.
I have completed my B.Tech. on 2020 and got a job in an MNC with a 3.8LPA, but due to COVID, the onboarding was delayed to Feb 2021. During this time, I had enrolled myself for a distance M.Tech. degree.
I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.
Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.
Should I have some increment in my new company as to my M.Tech. completion?

Does the wealthy partner have rights to reimbursement? They never married.

Now, with a loss of pay , we are going to make less. Do you think I will be eligible for Loan forgiveness?
