Current: AI/LLM Quality Validation & Compliance

Past: EY Analytics Intern (Power BI, SQL, Regression).

Questions:

Is "AI/LLM validation" flagged as low-end BPO/annotation work? Should I rename it "Compliance Testing Analyst"?

What actually gets a resume past early screening for RMS/GDS roles?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.
