Bit off topic...

I am quite good at trading...but I am making less profit because of budget problem.. Planning to take personal loan of 2L to trade futures.. I have been in stock trading from 5 years..but with very less capital
Will it be a good idea to take loan and do trading? Ps: i can't save up to 21 anytime in near future

If my stop loss hit from the loan capital i will stop trading and pay the remaining as emi for next few years

Personal loan will incur an interest of around 13-15%. If you think and confident that you can earn more than 15% in the futures trading then should be ok. But it’s still a bet.

the richest people in this industry takes risk on someone else’s money. You need to find then whose money you can risk on, secretly. Otherwise you only have a loan option. Start with lesser amount like 50K or 1L, but it’s still going to be a bet.

Never trade one loan or someone money . If You are really good in trading then grow your capital with profit.. it might take some time but it will be best...

If you are pretty good at trading then why are you thinking twice.

Because I do trade only in small capitals...

You can take a loan and do it. Only balls will get money. If you’re confident on your skill go ahead. DM me so that we can discuss on trade on profit sharing model, capital ours.

My advice?
Don't take loans to trade especially if you are not good at it. If you are making less profits now, what makes you think you will do well after loan.
Trade with what you have is what I would say.

Insted of trading in future, opt for option buying in ITM/ATM, It will require very less margin and you will get the same payoff graph.

This is one time selection and not reversible.

I need more detail about superannuation and is it beneficial or not?

From a financial standpoint in this market, which would be a better approach in Austin -

1. Buy a ~8-850k house that meets most of our ideal criteria (size, schools, interiors etc) to stay long term

2. Buy a ~5-550k house that’s not ideal with the plan of moving into an ideal home in 4-5 years when kid is ready for school.

How easy is it to get a mortgage for the second home?

Household income - 300k

Happy to add more details as needed

Thanks

Hello!

I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at
Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.

Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

I have got the ey hr mail stating i should provide him with aadhar card, information sheet and latest resume for a audit and assurance contract for 6 months as iam a semi qualified CA.

Here my question is should i take this opportunity. Cause since this is only for 6 months. After that, what i can do, where should I try to get the job?

In mid size firms, people won't pay as much as big 4 pays.

Should I take it or am I making a mistake by taking this.

Hello Fishes,

I am new to the investing world. I have invested some 80k in Nifty fifty index funds. I wanted to increase my investment in other MFs and stocks.

Can you advise how to start it considering short term and long term financial goals.

Short term goals - like for 2-3 years

Long term goals - like for 5-6+ years or more depending upon the performance

I have seen multiple you tube videos but seems to get confused on how to start and which funds to pick.

Thank you!

We all know how inflation can derail our Retirement Planning dreams!!Though it's better to start investing as early as possible, but HEY, all is not lost even if you start little late. We all have our family responsibilities when we start our career, so "INVESTING FOR SELF" takes a back seat.
Just a perspective, even if someone at the age of 45 years starts investin for his retirement, he can decently manage the same with discipline and regular investing.
Happy to discuss with anyone on this!!
