Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.

The catch is I already file my tax without those FICA tax. Should I pay them and file tax amendment?

What do I do with a defunct company stock that still sporadically has trading volume? For reference, it went permanently out of business I. 2016 (chapter 6) but the stock still trades occasionally.
