Budget (~$300 or lower) sit/standing desk recommendation?

Anyone else feeling like every single day of work in consulting with the current home office set up is a real pain & struggling to motivate to even care about the job? Any advice to regain motivation? Balancing long hours and constant time pressure without sitting together with the team and the client seems so much harder

So, any NON standing desk recommendations? I don’t really like standing desks. I’d like something that looks decent, that has at least some storage, with a good amount of… square footage, I guess?

Health question: Does anyone else suffer from nerve pain in their butt/hips from sitting all day? My research tells me it’s piriformis pain. It means my sit bones are irritating my butt muscle, which irritates my sciatic nerve. It can be excruciating and hurt even when I stand. I bought a fancy seat cushion for my office chair, and I have a standing desk. Nothing helps. The pain has been around for about a month. Anyone else?? What did you do?

I am grateful for the opportunities, but this type of work always seems to find its way to the female associates at my firm. We have been told that non-billable work is irrelevant in terms of our annual hours. Any tips on how to navigate this in a thoughtful way?
