Building a squad. In-house, in Chicago. Everyone is remote now but the expectation is that *someday* we’ll be back in office a few times a week. Huge potential. Big ambitions, and we need experienced agency people to help us get there. Broadcast. Social. Digital. Sports activations. Everything. Right now (more like yesterday) we need two writers, mid and senior. DM me your sites. More to come.

No, it is not.

Sounds like MillerCoors type attitude. All those brands are just trash at marketing. Don’t do it.

Are you in need of marketing,project/op managers?

Of course, I wasn’t trained in the CMS and am only taught how to do something correctly after I’ve don’t it incorrectly. Any advice on keeping things in perspective? Has anyone heard when our govt clients will have their offices fully open and expect people back in-person? I know some are opened at limited capacity (personally, I’m in full support of working remote where possible) but just curious.

Moving to NYC for work and looking for places. Deciding whether I should live with random roommates or shell out an extra couple hundred a month on a studio/1BR. With COVID getting worse and winter coming, I see it both ways: I may appreciate having other people to live/interact with but I also appreciate a space completely to myself where I'm completely comfortable considering I may have to spend a lot of time at home (I will be WFH most days). Anyone have a perspective? Has covid changed it?

A big surprise challenge in wfh has been my spouse seeing me around the house and expecting me to help out with daily chores and helping with kids then getting frustrated when I’m not able to get up and help. Our whole marriage, when I’ve been home that means I’m not working and can help her out with things, but now that rhythm has changed and it’s hard. Anyone else going through this? Hoping we’re not the only ones 🤞🤞😬

Does anyone have suggestions for how to negotiate a severance? I was laid off with zero warning after being told my job was secure. They blindsided me. They’re also trying to get me to sign the NDA ASAP so we can “leave on good terms”. They made sure to draw my attention to the non disparagement clause. I have 21 days to sign, so not sure what that means from a risk factor situation for them. I asked for additional comp and health insurance. They came back with slightly better package.
