After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

We didn't get raises or bonuses this year and everyone is pretty upset. It is safe to say that morale is in the toilet around here.
What department are you in? Do you know if this applies across the board to your entire department? Did others in London get a bonus? They might be trying to cause attrition at your location by doing this. Either way, it is no reflection on you if your ratings were good. When I first joined Citi I was in Global Spread Products and we did not get bonuses for 2 years, I then changed departments and I have received great bonuses every year.
I wonder if that was the plan all along. Saving bonus AND redundancy pay?
They want you out. Time to dust off the resume.
Sorry to hear this. What was your YE rating? That is disappointing, have you posted this in the citi fishbowl to see what the general consensus in finance has been?
Sounds like the bonus pool is smaller than last year. Did you ask your manager if it’s reduced?
0 bonus and having a job is better than the alternative, at least. If you're not happy there, they'll force you to be happy elsewhere.
Ouch… rumor on the street is bonuses are coming in higher than last year at JPMC
I would look for something else. If the team is set up for MRA, once closed there will be no need for the team. As one reply has already pointed out, probably trying to cause people to leave, may as well get ahead.
Easier to get people to leave on their own than to have to pay out any severance packages.
