Can a KPMG Advisory Associate Director in India get paid 45lacs INR in fixed compensation? How's the range for fixed compensation and bonus at that level?

Based on the Gross salary offered I have calculated the in hand salary per month would be around 152000 considering 150000 in 80C, 50000 in NPS and 200000 deductions due to home loan interest. Total tax liability is around 400000. Any other options do I have to save tax further (other than HRA, LTA)? Thanks in advance.
