I have a possible opportunity at Protiviti. Coming from big4 and wondering if Protiviti has fairly similar perks. I’ve read the 2022 benefits guide and it gave a oddly low PTO count of 16 days. Is this true and what about a holiday disconnect in the December time period? Are there any other hidden perks that are awesome? Virtusa I recently got a job offer in virtusa. I read a lot of negative reviews about virtusa. Can someone through some light on whether i can join virtusa by ignoring all the negatives which includes horrible work life balance and no job security.

My client may ask me to move to onsite (doha). In India my CTC is 19 lpa. I have putted papers and having 28 lpa ofr from CTS. I dont think premium helps much. As your notice period nears end, you have better chances of getting more offers since companies prefer immediate joiners

Linkedin openings having Easy apply option is useful in getting calls. Search for jobs with easy apply, apply on it and connect with recruiter who posted that opening.
No need to go for premium accounts. Just be active. Do some changes daily on your profile so that it shows "last updated today". You will get call on this basis.
Refresh Naukri normally on a daily basis. On last month of Notice period you will get more calls than you can attend to
