Can an MBA in finance can get a project manager role of yes then how

Might be a silly question, but bare with me. How does one break into Org Dev? Currently a Sr Recruiter, very interested in exploring opportunities

I’m a Geoscientist by profession and have been working at big tech for half my career - the other half in Geosciences - i think i have a brilliant plan for the next best thing in Geosciences and have a working proof of concept already - how should one go about this? I don’t think i can do it alone and need both an investor and a partner.

I’m working in a large fund; market neutral public market strategy funds; am about to be recommended for a promotion to associate. However, an analyst position just opened up internally in Credit, which is where I aspire to be for the next ten years. More growth and more intellectual challenge. I’m conflicted about applying for a lateral transfer and losing out on a promotion. Will I be missing out a promotion or should I negotiate a promotion as part of my application to this role ?

I am looking at masters programs and need some advice as what to get my masters in. Advice when looking for Tech Consulting internships in Chicago or DC Metro? My GPA (3.04) has disqualified me from most major companies. I've opted to focus my efforts into my student organizations and helping others reach their goals, in doing this I compromised for a B average. Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!
