My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter. He mentioned there will be a delay in releasing the offer letter since merging is happening right now. few days back I sent a mail to HR.. but no reply. and after that I received a mail stating they are no longer considering me for this position. I have an offer for a Director of IT Compliance role. Small/mid size company and in MCOL, I have +12 YOE. Base salary in the offer is 160k and annual bonus 20-45k (depends on company performance). Any thoughts on the offer? I’m inclined to ask for a base of 170k since not in rush to change jobs.

This first interview is a 30 minute HR screen. It is for a marketing position. Anyone have any words of advice or thoughts on the interview process? Any thoughts on the culture. Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Currently a Investment Consiltant at WFA making $62k with a $7k bonus. Both are in office positions in SLC, UT. TIA
