Can anyone at Deloitte Human Capital please detail a typical MBA or experienced hire salary progression from SC to M? In a tier 1 city would be great.

Does this sound right number wise for commercial practice?
Year 1: SC 140-160 Base 20-30K Bonus
Year 2: SC 160-175 Base 25-35K Bonus
Promotion year? How difficult is it at this point to go to Y3 as M
Year 3: M 175-190 Base 30-40K Bonus
Year 4: M 185-200 Base 35-45K Bonus

Not a sales based question but have a second interview for TierPoint Inc. they are an IT company and this is a manager of operations role. Their clients have some big names but I work for a global company that’s massive.

Does anyone know if their companies use them for managed services/cloud etc and is this a well known company that is rated well to use and work with?

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
